Vehicle Delivery & Collection Policy

We deliver and collect vehicles at:

• Muscat Airport
• Salalah Airport
• Within a 30 km radius of our Muscat branch
• Within a 30 km radius of our Salalah branch

Vehicle collection at the end of your rental is also available, and may be subject to a fee depending on the distance, vehicle category, and rental duration.

Delivery and collection charges vary depending on the delivery location, vehicle category, and rental duration.

Free delivery is available for rentals of more than 15 days within a 30 km radius of our Muscat and Salalah branches.

Delivery hours may vary depending on the location.

A minimum lead time of 24 hours is required to arrange delivery.

The primary driver must be present in person at delivery and provide all required original documents, including a valid driving licence, identification, and any other documents required for the rental.

Our representative will wait up to 15 minutes at the agreed location. If you are unavailable, the delivery may be rescheduled and an applicable fee may apply.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
